Deine Aufgaben

• Guaranteeing that all maintenance staff have the necessary skills through the creation of a training program.
• Organizing and keeping track of the training and experience records of maintenance personnel.
• Enforcing maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Making sure that maintenance procedures and standards are followed.
• Analyzing aircraft maintenance faults to detect patterns and apply corrective actions.
• Verifying the accuracy of tools and measurement devices.
• Planning maintenance considering human factors.
• Rectifying quality issues within their area of responsibility.
• Upholding and encouraging adherence to the Safety Management System.
• Managing and coordinating Aircraft on Ground situations.
• Monitoring faults, spotting trends, and compiling incident reports for feedback to relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) from the CAMO Manager and Quality Manager.

Du bringst mit...

• Extensive experience in line and base handling.
• EASA Part-66 licence category B1.3 and C.
• At least one of the following type ratings: AW109/169/139, BK117 C2/D2, EC145 C2/D2.
• Previous experience in a managerial position in the field of aviation maintenance.
• Good command of English and ideally good command of German.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRO software.
• Natural leadership skills.
• Good planning skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
